This 2D pixel game was built entirely with no-code using Buildbox. It’s been featured in the puzzle and arcade collection list in the app store in countries around the globe, including China, Japan, Hong Kong, and Thailand.

So, let’s take a closer look at 1up Pixels’ Pixel Cutter!

Pixel Cutter – An Oddly Satisfying Game

Do you know those soothing ASMR soap carving videos that you see on YouTube? Well, Pixel Cutter takes that same concept and turns it into a relaxing pixelated game. Players are armed with a tiny spinning saw to guide as they carve out the hidden pixel art design. ASMR sounds play for a relaxing experience as you attempt to carve out each masterpiece. However, if you cut too close, it’s automatically game over! Players have to move with precision to clear each level.

As you progress in the game, you’ll encounter more complex pixel art from skulls and crowns to a hand throwing up the rock on sign. There are also coins hidden that you can collect and bonus loot levels that are a lot of fun to play. The controls are super simple, while the gameplay itself is challenging. With 50 unique levels, you’ll definitely find yourself addicted to playing this beautiful pixel game.

If you’re a fan of pixel art and like relaxing puzzle games that’s also challenging while being fun than you’ll love playing Pixel Cutter.
