Yeah but that doesn't help us with what you need help with mate. Just saying I have no idea how to use it is not going to make it easy for anyone to help you. Tell us what you are trying to do and what which part you are having trouble with and that will make it easier for us to help. Also there are so many videos online that you can learn from, so search google for specific things that you need help with.
I'll ditto Nihat's post on checking out the guide. It tells you step by step what to do from exporting out of BB, to setting up a provisioning profile, etc.. It is a daunting task to get through it.
