What should i put in this general settings

Hi guys, i came to the end of my game, but i´m stuck with the general setting. What should i put in these fields:
(see the attached file)
1- license key
2- game services id
3- version code
4- bundle id

notice: im using only the free version of the BB.
another question: if i upload the game, i created with the free version of BB, to google play stare is it going to stop after it hit 10 000 installs (i heard that somewhere)
