Unity Ads and Heyzap

How to set up unity ads with heyzap meditation third party in buildbox on android and ios. heyzap admob are working but unity ads are delayed and there are no impressions where do i make the error.

 

Are Heyzap and Unity Ads compatible ?

 

@Jamie i think yes , "third party" .

 

Sometimes this happens with Unity where it says delayed. The ads might not show until your game goes live. Make sure you have setup the correct App IDs in the Unity and Heyzap dashboards.

I would suggest moving on with other networks if you can't get it to work. Unity is actually a bit harder to get paid since you have to send them an invoice so it might not even be worth the trouble.

 

@Aaron F In my Heyzap dashboard it says that Unity is API Failing/Authentication Failed in the Mediation Status, is this normal? I'm sure my IDs are correct.

@Aaron F Thank you , i will let and see what happens once the game is live. I made everything correct however and i hope once the game is live like you said it's going to work.I saw that with the rewards videos the incoming is biggger.

Can anyone show me where to get the Video Placement ID to set Unity up in Heyzap? It seems that the dashboard changed completely. Also, how can I add the Apple App Store details (URL) if the game isn't published yet?

I have problem with Unity Ads similar to your problem. Did it work when your app is live? Since I am sure that I have made everything correct but I couldn't get any ads from Unity.
