Hey folks, I'm trying to test some IAP's on my device and am using my sandbox account, but keep getting the "Transaction Error - Cannot connect to iTunes Store". Anyone else getting this and is there something about BB I need to know regarding testing IAP's? Thanks

I don't get that error but I can't validate my credentials through an IAP

Nothing different with Buildbox. Are you using a real device for IAP testing?

Yup, testing on an iPhone 5 and 6. I even setup a new Sandbox Tester User to make sure my old one wasn't being funky, but the same thing happened with the new account. It used to work okay, so I can't work out what's changed.

    **UPDATE**
My Bundle Identifier was incorrect in Xcode, compared to the one I'd used some time back in iTunes. This is what was giving me the "Transaction Error - Cannot connect to iTunes Store" problem, but now the ID's are both the same, the IAP's are testing ok in Sandbox.

Hey, do you mean the apps bundle id or the IAP items bundle id´s?

You could just jailbreak your iDevice and you wouldnt have to worry about anything apple when it comes to getting a feel for a game that you're making.
Just need to drop the file on the phone.

Jailbreaking seem like a no-do solution. I want to test it and IAP they way the customers will see it. The piracy people that will copy my game and put it on Lydia I care less of :) I have no problems of getting the game on the device, it's just the IAP that is left and not working they way they should. But hey, thanks for a quick and dirty way but I don't think I can test out IAP when Jailbreaked?

Jailbreaking isn't what it used to be.
    Its 100% legal these days.
If you use the method of installing iaps by jailbreak method it will be
the exact same version apple users would see, ads and all.
No one will copy your game cause you will be the only one with the iap?
Just like I could download an app store app, I would only have an iap..
And you brought up "Lydia" Did you mean Cydia lol.
In that case you don't see iaps on Cydia.

In short. You can and I do, test my iaps on my Jailbroken iDevice just like any android user would plug his phone into his computer and drag over an apk to his storage.

Hi, I'm getting the same problem.. I checked my bundle IDs and they are both correct in Xcode and iTunes Connect.

@DannySae Make sure you've accepted all pending contract and entered you banking details into inside your Apple developer account.

Are paid contracts required even if your app is free to play with IAP? Thanks.
