Server Communication Error - Can't Save My Project

    For now, we have to save the work every 10 minutes.

    Same here. This has caused us to work many extra hours.

    This was posted Aug of 2018

    You still have to have an internet connection to load or save. This was not a “fix” in your latest update.

    Hello.

    I just joined Buildbox yesterday. I am having this same issue with MacOS Mojave (version 10.14.5). At first when I downloaded Buildbox it was working fine without an issue. However, the problem happened when I tried to save my work. I got a dialog box reading: "Can't connect to server." When I close the dialog box or click "exit", Buildbox quits.

    I have tried reopening Buildbox numerous times with the latest versions: (3.0.1.3163) and (2.3.6.2172). When I reopen Buildbox, I get the same dialog box ( "Can't connect to server." ). And it quits again.

    At this time is there any patch that can fix this issue? Because it has rendered Buildbox non-functional. I'm really hoping to find a solution asap.

    until yesterday everything was fine. and today I want to open bb and nothing works anymore. internet connection is o.k. a new installation brought nothing. I am using the current version. why bb needs an internet connection? the software will be installed locally.
    slowly but surely I lose the desire to work with bb.
    (maybe bb belongs to ea :):):))

    after the first start everything seems to be ok.
    Tomorrow I have time to test it longer

    my MacBook and connecting again moments later which fixes it but yes, very frustrating but like you say lets wait for the new update
