Hi There! Can I know the actual problem of getting stuck while playing my game? This problem is occurring in my PC windows 10 and also in my mobile, while testing my game.I’ve already reduced my image size that I have used in my game but still it gets stuck.
You have to provide more information, screenshots or better still, a video. Saying 'I get stuck' doesn't give anyone anything to go on and makes it impossible to help you. Please elaborate.
Without any details it’s kinda hard to know what you mean... but if “getting stuck” means your player not moving, I suggest checking the collision shapes on all your objects. There’s a chance your object collision shape is bigger than the image, so it may appear that you’re getting stuck randomly.
Hey @RishabhMehta, what @AndyG said, send your doc to support. It looks like a Windows conflict with BB, rather than something you may have done inside of BB. Support may already have a fix for this, good luck.
