Hello everyone, this may be a stupid question but I was wondering when setting up Heyzap Mediation if you have two set up two different apps for both IOS and Android for the Facebook audience network specifically, but all the other networks as well. I don't want to do something wrong and have to go back and fix it so I figured I would be safe and ask. Thank you!
Thank you for the confirmation. I have two more questions if you don't mind. 1.) When I simulate my game through BB on my computer my rewarded videos button shows up at the exact interval that I have specified, but when it's playing on either my Android or iPhone it doesn't show up at all. 2.) If I were to make changes to that button, will I have to go through this entire integration process again or is there an alternative to that? Thank you for the help, and for these great tutorials. I'm speaking to Heyzap regarding these issues. Amy has asked me to try SDK 10 Unified and gave me the link so here it is: https://developers.heyzap.com/docs/ios_sdk_setup_and_requirements_unified I'm going to try this on 2.2.9 and see what happens.
When i download the Heyzap folder there is no FYBHZMediationTestSuite.framework in iOS sdk folder only the HeyzapAds.framework Can someone please let me know if i have done something wrong? I have followed part 1 exactly. HeyZap SDK v9.11.1 (Beta) is the one i have downloaded.

@Brocky120 same here - the SDK 10 and SDK 9 are both not working for BB 2.2.9 // did you find a solution to this? I implemented Heyzap without any success. Nothing happens on my device when I run my game.
They both work, SDK 9 better than SDK 10. I've verified this myself over the last 2 weeks. Admittedly, the HeyZap situation is precarious at best in the current releases and we are trying to rectify that in the next releases. If you have really specific errors or information I can try to help.
@Andy hello Andy, many thanks for replying my post. Today I was testing the same export I did the other day when I reported the issue and the ads were showing. I am not sure how it got fixed on its own. It might be the fact that I have recently opened the Heyzap account and maybe it needed a couple of days to get verified or something like that. It is the only explanation I can think of. anyway SDK 10 with BB 2.2.9 is working fine, many thanks also to @Christoph for all the helpful info! BR Jonathan
When using SDK 10 HZ does require that you get at least your first app approved. Or at least they did, it might happen automatically now but could take some time initially.
I assume BB 2.2.9 works for Heyzap SDK 9. EDIT: Just tried Heyzap SDK 9 Beta exporting with BB 2.2.9 to no luck, keeps saying no ads found but also the ad debug will not even pop up, tested on simulator and on my iDevice, which when I spoke to Heyzap support she said something was not right. Still trying. Nothing so far still. We have not yet released a version of 2.2.9 BETA with SDK 9, it's coming fairly soon though. I'm working on the SDK 9 support this week. I can't really speak to any issues that occur when using Apple BETA software. It may or may not work. I realize that is not the only thing you are trying. If you are unable to work anything out contact support, or if you have already, reply to the response and ask to have me look at your issue.
So 2.2.7 is best for SDK 9, 2.2.8 and 2.2.9 Beta 3 are aimed at SDK 10. Will give it a go on 2.2.7 again. I must be doing something wrong.
I posted this before but for iOS to get SDK 9 in 2.2.8+ you just need to replace the "ios/libs/ads/PTAdHeyzap" directory in the export with the same directory from a 2.2.7 export (that has HZ enabled). You'll need to download the correct 3rd party SDKs for use with SDK 9 from HeyZap doc site. I'm just completing the update to the latest SDK 9 from HeyZap, I'll post the link to the newer files in a bit so you can use those to get to the latest SDK 9 in any 2.2.8+ export. Any future BB releases will have this updated HeyZap SDK 9.
