Help Build Apk

i need to build apk using eclipse i have followed the guide on the website but it dosnt work and if i get it to build apk then when i try to download/install it says unable to install, if you know how to fix this or can build an apk for me then please help me

Does it happen to any game?

Use only Eclipse.

JDK 1.7 and install Android SDK with Eclipse.

If you continue to have problems, PM to connect to your PC via Teamviewer.

 

I tried to download it all and followed all the tutorials i have windows 10 and a decent gamer pc

 

I wrote that I already followed all the toturials. It doesn't help

I am facing the same problem. Followed everything, created an apk but now I just can't install it.
