Buildbox 3.1.2 Not Working In Windows 10 (dell Inspiron 15 Laptop)

I have create account and download Build box 3.1.2 and try to install it.
After installation when I start build box, I can see the template screen perfectly working even I can create new project without any glitches however, when I double click the 2d world all got mess-up, I can't do anything.
System configuration:
Windows 10 64bit
RAM: 16 GB
Radeon Graphic

BB 3.1.2 is a Beta version.
Try BB 3.1.1.
If you continue with the same problems, contact support.

Try switching from your integrated Intel graphics card to the Radeon for Buildbox 3. That or similar option in that area of your set up should resolve this

I get it after register in BuidBox.com, there is no option to select which version you want download, there is only option for mac and windows.
