    Hey guys,

I run Buildbox 3 in my laptop:
    Intel Core i7-8565U
    8GB RAM
    Intel UHD Graphics 620
    ATI Radeon 520
    Windows 10 x64

So, i try a lot templates from startup, even i create a new game from scratch and when i open "3D World" area i get something strange with my monitor/graphics.

I have already the latest drivers for both graphics.
By the way is there any setting to choose/change inside buildbox?

Below some screenshots from "3D Demo" template, to understand more what happen:

    All good below:

    All good below:

Here is the problem (can't see any menu, all icons, buttons are big, etc):

    Any help? Thanks!

Try changing the Windows DPI to 100%

Thanks for your reply but no working.

I found some other solutions here, but to me I solve with this:
Power Options -> Switchable Dynamic Graphics -> Maximize performance

Have you sent this information to support@buildbox.com? If it is a issue on our end, we would love to get to the bottom of it.

Please do. The more detail the better.
While it’s not definitely and issue on the software end, we are always wanted to improve the software so it’s always good to send issues to support

I had the same issue suddenly one day,
I figured that it was due to windows update of Intel graphics driver.. I rolled back the update to previous driver and everything worked fine.. now I have disabled windows update for graphics card.

It resolves the problem. setting the graphics to high performance will resolve the issue.
