Animations In Main Menu Ui

I don't even know exactly are they animations or not but i really would like to know this.
So the question is: In Colour Switch and in Switchy Sides in Main Menu UI they have some animation. The rotation of some buttons like shop,like,play even the name of the game. How they made it? is this rotation is animation that we should make it elsewhere then upload it to Main Menu UI or it can be done in Buildbox?

fantom i did it but it loops an image.(I turned if loop)

 

You can also try this.
Create a few images of button you want to rotate. Edit it in photoshop or something else like this:
1 image: without change
2: rotation of 30 degrees
3: rotation of 60 degrees
4: rotation of 90 degrees
etc...
Save it, select all images and drop in "Image" in Buildbox.
