This is a pretty simple question, and I have a guess, but I can't test it out because I don't currently have the ability to test on an actual device. There is a new event observer option called "request review" with the option to fill in a field labeled "plays before redirect." Does this event observer wait a certain number of plays and then prompt the user to rate/review the game on the App Store? Or does it do something different? Thanks!
Good question. I just spotted this myself yesterday. Im assuming its exactly what you ask. @Andy is that the answer?
My understanding is that it's entirely up to Apple to show review box at the given time. I expect that it will show the first time as you wish, but after that Apple can choose (based on an algorithm they have) whether it will show up again or not at any given time (of your choosing).
The Request Review, Event Observer should be placed in a Game Start or Game Over UI (or similar). Hopefully the attached image explains clearly the placement.
