Official bug reporting is to support@buildbox.com, that is the one and only official support channel. We do our best to reply and help in the general forums here, but the support email is the fastest most efficient way to report things. Support emails are #1 over everything else.
That's great - what I had in mind is some sort of structured list of detected bugs that have been reported so others can easily track them. This will minimize your support work and avoid double posting about same bug, which will most likely occur...
It's a good idea for sure. Unfortunately, we don't have that right now. Maybe we'll have a chance to do something like it eventually.
