Useablity Bug With Builbox

When I launch builbox the UI is fine but the Dropdoown menus like File, Edit etc do not show however I can select them but cannot see them and the Gridbox disappears at certain points.
and when I take screenshot of this thing these menus etc appears in the photo.May be Windows is drawing menus under the background or soemthing like that.

Using
BuildBox 3.1.4.
Windows 10 build 1909.

 

Super odd, this not commonly reported. What graphics card do you use?
