Hi, I have monthly subscription $99 . today I got buildbox software update. Now it says Activation failed ? I just used it only for like 14 days .and I thought monthly subscription is 30 days ? Now I can't open it up ? Need Help
you might still be able to use the one in your trash until you get it cleared up with support@buildbox.com , any time you update, it sends the old one to the trash, just drag it back out and run it
heathclose . thank you for your fast response. It is no more in the trash , trash was set to delete instantly ( no savings ) . So I went to buildbox website to send me the download link for buildbox software so I can install a new and type in my monthly subscription key. I am so glad that I save my Project files ( jesus so all my project files are not gone Pfewww So I jus twai tright now till they send me the download link to download the software . thumbs up
