Sound Issue

So i exported my game to andriod and the sound effects dont work, but its working on the pc!. please can someone help me.

 

Is your file an MP3?
What frequency and bits?
Have you tried on other phones?
Have you tried creating a template game and adding sound?

 

It actually works by testing it on the pc, but I tried it on two differnt phones and it didnt work .
