Can I do a larger UI so I can scroll down? So I can see more stuff or options or to buy more characters or etc.
Also searching the forum with keywords such as scroll, will find you the answers you need to know. But the answer is no, but if you search you can make it look like its scrolling with animations.
Alternatively you can just do as many UIs/pages as you wish with arrows at the bottom to select the next page/menu. Instead of scrolling
