Scenes does not play random

I have 5 scenes (1000 points length) with the same Start 1000 and End point 4000. In this area should play 3 random scenes from 5 scenes. This does not work well, buildbox plays often one scene twice.
Is this a bug?

I asked Sean the same question per e-mail yesterday, and he said:

In Buildbox 2 this is done with Play Cooldown.
In Buildbox 1 only way to do this is to duplicate the more desired scenes more than the less desired scenes to change the odds since it is equal chance they will show. Also adding more scenes helps. I want to say when we were working on Line Zen we had over 70+ scenes.

PS: I'm using BB1 so I have no idea about the Play Cooldown, you might have to ask about it if you want to use this function.

Ok, when I set Play Cooldown to 1, it does function well: random scenes but one scene only one time. COOL.

the number in that box is how many times a character dies before that scene will repeat
