I had a subscription for buildbox forgot to cancel told them the same day I want a refund and they didn’t give it to me. I understand their policy but man the irony! They have the junkiest subscription cancellation I have ever seen they are telling me that they sent me warning emails which never reached me I TRIPLE checked but nothing and to top it all off I am trying to make a forum post on buildbox I am trying to make an account and the confirmation email is not even coming to my mail box. THE IRONY! What should I do? Any help? Also they are telling me it might have went to spam which I checked and still nothing.
