    Will Buildbox make the Progression Bar from the 'Progression Template' available to other game templates? Will I be able to add the Progression Bar as a UI Asset?

    Yes, you can do that. Just drag/drop this attached file to my post in the 3D World Level UI and use the nodes provided in Progression template.
