Player Can't Jump on Moving Platform (up & dowm)

Hi
I Am new to Buildbox
i am working on small game to Learn build box with help of Buildbox tutorials
i have problem it this game I managed to make moving platform (up & down) but player not able to jump wile platform moving up i hope i need to change some game play settings but i don't know what So please help me to find Solution

 

increase your max y speed



the platform is moving you faster than your maximum character speed (on y) and jumping would increase it even more, so it can't... increase y and i think that will cure it...

 

I Tried upto Y 500 Max speed but still Player don't jump on moving platform any other ideas?

 

Have you tried to decrease he gravity?

 

Did you set the collision shape to allow pass-through in one direction ?
