Hey guys, I want to try a platformer that is upside down. I can easily switch the y-gravity from -55 to 55. The character falls up. BUT... I want to hit jump and have character jump in the downward. Really just a platform upside-down. Ive changed the character JumpForce to a negative instead of positive 55. This doesn't do it though. I'm sure it's something simple but... Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
Ok, figured that out. Just added an Advanced Move and then changed Linear Velocity to -100 and event as Button-Jump. Now for the next question... I want to have the button timeout so you can't just continually hit it. On Timeout in the Component, I have changed that to 4 just to see it actually wait before jump works again but it doesn't seem to effect the timeout of the button at all.
This is an issue with Buildbox... jump from ground and ground threshold... because when your character is at the "top" of the game it doesn't make "contact" with the ground
