Platform Not working (Windows)

    Hi Team,

    Recently I bought access to bulidbox platform, I am using mac OS and I can able to work on the platform but my 2nd access has been shared to my friend who is using windows and she cant able to work on the platform. Each time when she opens, it shows an error.

    Please let me know how to slove this issue, we have even updated the todays software updates.
