Not Showing Sound With Objects

Hello,
I have problems with sound effects. At the start screen and (for example) the game over UI I get music in the background.

I just don't have the sound effects options on a coin. There is no "sound" at the property menu on the right. I've watched a lot of videos but the option just isn't there.
