Make objects / button move on the main menu screen?

Hey guys,

A quick thanks to the BuildBox community and forum - is so helpful learning from all the Qs and comments.

Do you know if its possible to make objects or buttons move on the main menu or game over screen? So far i don't see the same movement options like linear and angular velocity in the main menu area which you get in the build area.

I think this is coming in Buildbox 2 as seen in SKY. No way to do it now. Only in the Main Menu you could use a scene as a background and move background elements and fake buttons.

 

You could do it in Buildbox 1 with a really big animation, but that is not advisable for several reasons. This will be made much easier in Buildbox 2. ;-)

 

Any estimate when the Buildbox 2 will be released?

 

Trey has stated it should arrive before the end of the year.

 

@Andy any word on the 1.3.6 update?

 

All I can say is that we are working on it, waiting to sort out a few issues. I don't have a date for yet.

 

@Andy Can we kindly ask for focusing on stability over feature for next release because according to this forum it seems crashing is causing a bit of headache for most of us right now.
