Linking Action Buttons To Advanced Movements

    How to? ive set my buttons to gameplay and now im at an impass..

    Event-collision isnt doing the trick.

    First you must create an Action in the world.

    Then add an Action button to the UI and connect it.

    Are you still talking about the post you did yesterday with rotation?
    In your world UI, add 2 character buttons, name one left and one right, corresponding.
    Set them as component Action.

    Then on your advanced component on your object click the Event drop down and select your right or left button.
    Then do the same for the other.

    Edit just realised your probably on 2.2.8, ill make a demo for you to look at..

    You've been a huge help! have mine setup just like the demo but still no rotate. im sure after enough messing around ill figure it out now. my main issue was that my buttons were added as actions instead of objects!

    the issue is my events now. there's no option for button left and button right.

    after i figure this out, i need to figure out how to turn the game 90 degrees at a time instead of consistent movement..
