OK, here is the bottom line and then I am locking this.

1) If you do nothing, Google will not remove your games
2) We will update Buildbox (1 and 2) well before the Sept 17th deadline.
3) After Sept 17th you will need to use this updated version of Buildbox to release games or updates on Google Play.
