nope. But they take the risk. They also got to the top with blackhat burst (installs) so they really do not care. It seems to work out for them pretty good. We all can learn a lot from them...

Yes. This applies with anything. Laws protect parodies. Especially in music. That's why you see all these people singing covers of songs on YouTube. Just remake the beat. Like juju game did.
