Hi I submitted a game to itunes connect for review. But a few days after receiving the rejection letter. here is the content: We discovered one or more bugs in your app when reviewed on iPad running iOS 9.3.1 iPhone running iOS 9.3.1 on both Wi-Fi and cellular networks. Specifically, the app displays black screen after it launches. I use the xcode test all sizes ios simulator are not black screen everything was normal. I really do not understand why this is so.
I suggest giving some people who have the latest iOS installed on their devices some testflight access to try and see if they can recreate the problem. Either that, or submit it again - sometimes it can be Apples own hardware at fault (but they wont admit that!)
Thats why i keep my iphone and ipad on latest firmware and before submitting i transfer game to both devices and see if it runs.
Hi there, Were you able to solve this as my app also got rejected today because of the exact same reason. I will really appreciate if you can let me know the reason. Thanks
Are you guys actually testing on a device before submission? The simulator in BB is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate so its a must that you test on iPhone/iPad before sending for review.
In my case it's a blue screen. I have already tested app on iphone 5, 6, ipad air, no such issue is present. The blue color they see is the default color of my theme. Any idea?
IIt seems really must be on real iphone / ipad device testing, can someone give me the itunes connect account to help me TestFlight device? I would be very thank you.
you use xcode 7? I am. try use xcode 6.4. I just smbmit new app use 6.4 to see what happened next. https://www.buildbox.com/forum/index.php?threads/xcode-work-around-for-error.481/
hey guys problem has been resolved. You must use the xcode 6.4 version before I was using xcode 7 So when reviewing game crashes.
Hmm so are you saying when you compile code with Xcode 7 and test it on real device everything seems to be OK but when you submit it to Apple it crashes o their tests? What version of BB do you have? And what exact version of Xcode you use? What ads do you use? Did you make any changes on the Xcode project settings after exporting your game from BB?
You are facing this problem just because of your iTunes not properly updated. And for the solution, I can suggest you to through https://itunessupport.org/blog/why-cant-install-itunes-on-windows-10/ and I assures you that it will be so easy to get the best solution.
