How to End Game when Enemies Gets to an Action?

I've tested that actions can kill characters, however I would like End Game when an Enemy reaches some point. I tried using an action but the enemy touches the action and nothing happens. Thanks in advance, for your answer.

 

Hmm not sure how this works but is it the enemy that should trigger this or the character?

 

I would like that the enemy trigger this.
