In Buidqlbox 2 you can experiment with the particles editor using a leaf texture. In Buildbox 1 it would be quite a bit tougher, maybe some spawners placed off screen.

I don't really have an answer other than we tried to keep things more simple in the beginning. If we went with 100% of everything we wanted, we would still be working on it. We can always add more options later. ;-)
Set your object to physics (and make it a spawner of course) and set your y-axis to random positive numbers.
Thank you... Some of the requested features are a must and some are important, we need to feel that BB builders are taking these requested feature seriously so far most of us are not happy about this...
