My game looks excellent on iPhone 5, but when I view it on iPad/iPhone 4 it's all dis-configured and buttons are overlapping.

So I play around with my graphics and make it look decent on iPhone 4 but now it looks retarded on iPhone 5.

Any tips on making your HUDs look decent across all devices?

For every item like buttons etc uncheck √ "Stick to edge". For Splash screens give yourself some space around your logo so that it can adjust for sizes. I usually add back splash screens in Xcode (resources Folder) when some don't come out looking right.
