How Do I Make The Water Flowing Effect?

I have the below graphic asset of ocea, now how can i make it look like its live, I mean flowing.

 

@yogeshojha The answer for your problem would be have that same picture animated
(3 or 4 more images in sequence should do it)
and if you added it as an animation instead of as just pic it would grant you a much more realistic effect

Take the vid that @jcalle showed you and pay attention to the part where he adds the top of the sea or whatever that is
