How do I create a spinning wheel?

Im trying to make a spinning 3/4 circle.

I set the object type to 'Wheel"
Movement type is 'Fixed'
Angular Velocity is 100 ~ 0.

The wheel only spins 180 degrees then stops. Any reason for this or is there something I'm missing?

Not yet I was playing about with settings will that make a difference?
