Health and Lives in B#1066

How to show Health and Lives for Character in B#1066.
If character have 3 Lives how to show them.

Thank you for video.
This is for BB1, and we was asking for BB2.
We know for this options, adding invisible object to you enemy, but what we was asking is how to show if character have 3 Lives or Enemy have 3 Lives with Bar on screen.
