Got Mails From Multiple Publishers. What To Do?

I have recently send a gameplay video of my game to 3-4 publishers and I got reply from 2 of them (Green Panda Games and Lion Studios )saying they wanted to speak to me on skype. What should I do now?.
is it that they generally speak on skype to most of the submissions?

 

Just talk to them it seem that there are interested with your game

 

Yeh just email them back and ask them how they want to move forward and what sort of things they look for in testing games etc.
