Google Play Merchant Account

Hi,I am going to make a Google Play Account.But,Can I put IAPs in normal account or Do I need a Merchant Account.Thanks.

$25 I believe - the cost of a developer account. You won't need to pay anything else. Google Wallet(where they send you your payments from) is free
