Game Laggs Because Of Soundeffects

Hey guys,

I already send in my game-file to the Support Team, but not answer =).

So my game is like COLOR SWITCH - You are jumping every second and collect coins.

Problem is, that the game is lagging when the Sound is on.
If the Sound is off -> everything is fine.

I don´t know how to fix this Problem, I´m using the sound files that BuildBox is providing us.

It changes the frequency of the sound, or even the rate per second.
Or change Stereo to Mono and try.

 

You should get a reply today, Monday is our busiest day after being off for 2 days. So it might take a little while.

 

Where can I change it from Stereo to Mono?
Or do I have to use a Software for this?

@MOONRUNNER where was the game actually lagging? Within 'previewer' or in the actual device?
Just asking as i'm reaching these last steps, @jcalle and I remember never actually got audacity & learned what to do with it ,ehehe my bad

 

Audacity is the other software, I use for optimization.
When you can, please let me show you.
