Error On Load !!! 1 Year Game Time :(

Hello All today I have try to open my game ,It also shared on google play but its not opening in buildbox I dont know why but it says error on load please if anyone can help reply I need this !!!

 

If you do not have a backup, all you can do is send the BBDOC to technical support.

I use Dropbox, it allows to have a backup history of up to 30 days, and recover deleted files.

"Dropbox" has nothing to do with Buildbox, they are totally different companies.

With this type of issue, it will be best to email support@buildbox.com, there is not much that can be done over the forum.
