i got people how wrote " Great Game , Awesome ... " and give 1 star review !! some people are just too lazy to give 4 or 5 stars
Do not forget many people only leaves negative comments. When they are satisfied they do not bother to say "thanks" or clicking on those stars but even with the smallest annoyance they have they give you 1 star plus a very long rant. I also wish that we could contact to reviewers as sometimes they say something like "it needs some improvements" -- but then you cannot even ask them what improvements they would like to see there...
Brilliant vid very insightful but the short wait between devs was tedious 1/5 stars On Google Play you can reply to reviewers comments but I've never once heard back from anyone which is really frustrating. I was pondering asking users in our app store descriptions and within the app itself to leave their twitter handle in the review so we can get back to them.
I have no idea because I haven't had any replies People probably sign up to Gmail so they can leave their grievances but never actually use that email account afterward.
