Hey guys, I'd like to submit a little game I created to learn more about the process, but I no longer have a working Macbook. When trying to submit an app in the app store I see I need to create a CSR: To request certificates, upload a Certificate Signing Request from your Mac. How is this possible if I don't have a Mac?
Thanks! Will that actually work though? Seems strange that a cloud service would be able to create a CSR for me for the app store (that they would accept), so I just want to make sure before I shell out more money.
You can create a CSR on any operating system including windows by using OpenSSL. But ultimately you will need a Mac (physical or VM) to build and upload an iOS app.
