Regarding the chart boost campaign, CPI means that I pay chartboost the bid amount everytime a user installs my game. Now, my question is: Do I get anything in return (money) from Chartboost when a user installs my game via their advertising campaign?
Yes. There are publishing campaigns and Advertising campaigns. Advertising is where YOU pay for installs. Publishing is where you show ads in your game to earn revenue.
Nope, I believe you totally pay for incentives for them to actually use their ad space to get you installs. Your incentive would be potential in app purchases if I'm correct. New as well, but hope this helps.
