I can't say I'm impressed with the support folks. I have been using this software off and on for a few years and have had minor issues here and there. Support via email is very disappointing. Most recently I just wanted to cancel my subscription for now. I Sent an email for the request (as I have done in the past ) I am directed to a website to cancelo on my own with the website; They could have just done it for me but OK fine. Too much to ask in between a wheat grass smoothie break and a vegan taco. It doesn't work when I try to do it as instructed. Now I have to contact the support again and wonder what California Dreamer will respond. Then they finally canceled the subscription for me as I originally requested. Which could have been done from the first email? smh
