Hi fellow boxers, I just jumped the gun and installed 2.2.6 without taking a backup of 2.2.5. And the latest version messed up my particles, so I would be glad if anybody could share version 2.2.5 osx with me. Thanks!
Here you can see what @Andy wrote: OK guys, we will fix this 2.2.6 particle issue early next week. It affects particles that are embedded in the character animation. Embedded particles now (unintentionally) obey scale of the character. This can make it look like the particles disappeared. We will restore the previous behavior to ignore. There seems to be a directional issue with the particles in some cases as well which we will work out this weekend. So if your particles are embedded in your character, then they will not work. My particles is now static behind my character, instead of making a trail.
If you are using a mac than the 2.2.5 installer should be in your trash bin. Just drag it back into your applications folder
Thanks for the tip, but my trashbin is empty. I have sent an mail to support@buildbox.com - so I recon they will help me out.
