Camera Smooth BB2.2.1 B#1210

    What does this do?
    Played around with some numbers and it seems to do nothing.
    I played with 0.001 to 900. Nothing observable.

    If I understand it correct, it is supposed to put a camera chase delay to remove camera jerkiness.

    Might be wrong though.

    So back to the question, what does this do?
