Buildbox Classic Reward Videos Broken

Hi Team,

The reward video in the BB Classic is broken, but in the old version bb 2.21.5 its working fine.

Can you solve this soon, we are loosing revenue due to this.

 

it works for me. I'm using bb 2.23.9 and adbox

 

@33Shox when i add a button to display the reward video, the button is hidden

please can you share a working bbdoc for me to test it

 

That is normal. You can only test it if you have installed it on your smartphone. It does not work in buildbox world or as a preview in buildbox.

@HG-2018 is there any way I could get your help, Support hasn't gotten back to me and since buildbox classic is working for you I was hoping maybe you know what the issue is? I have everything updated but I keep getting build errors for iOS...
