I have Buildbox 2.23.9 and the lights, despite being set correctly, no longer generate shadows, even the ones that worked before no longer work. Advice?
Sometimes, it's just a glitch that can be fixed by restarting the software. Give that a shot first. If that doesn't work, check if there have been any recent updates or changes to your graphics card drivers. Updating those might help.
