    Hey guys,

    I just uploaded BETA4. In short we've done a ton of crash fixing. You can download from the links in the original email you received with your license key. B#930 is the correct build number for BETA4 (check the about Buildbox menu).

    3 new presets added but a stack no longer grayed out and displayed. Is this just for optics and will return in future builds once these are built?

    Beta 4 - Checkpoint still not working.
    After Game Over and click on Restart it continue from Latest Checkpoint not from Start Scene.

    Do we need to create new game all over again as New Beta is coming out?
    We have some issue in gameplay in game build by Beta3 and open in Beta4.

    Yes, crashes are fixed a lot but the game is broken as @VectologyGames said. One major thing I pointed out is that the game frame's solid yellow border is not stopping the character, instead it lets the character pass through in a very glitchy manner.

    BB2 Beta 4 feedback, wind7 64 bit here:

    1. Have a store, powers to buy and play button. If i click randomly buy between those 2 power ups and get for example 5 for each and after press play button > it crashes. Same in beta 3, same in beta 4. Not happening all the time but it does.

    2. Same crashes on if character collide with an enemy. Not happening all the time. Sometimes is a platform enemy, sometimes is a mobile enemy. Random. Same happened in beta 3 and so on.

    3. Orange border that supposed to keep character inside camera area, if hits a platform and is dragged, character goes beyond the orange frame. Was not in beta 3.

    4. My in 2nd game made with beta 3 seems fine so far opened in beta 4, Nothing was changed as far I can tell so far.

    5. Event observer - if set to coin amount crashes when reach the set amount of coin set. Eg: if you set 500 coins to get you to another level for example, works fine until 499 coins, if you hit 500 coins it crashes. Distance based observer does not do a thing, distance passed the number i have entered and level still playing, not going to another level.

    6. Making changes on mind map on different screens, if reloading the preview window crashes, 9 in 10 times this would be an estimation. Selecting mind map - editing velocity of an element, if reload on game preview crashes.



    Will keep updating this post once i'll find more bugs, hopefully won't be too many.

    Where is the Wall Jump Preset? Iso Crossy? Iso Jump? Wall reverse etc???
    When will we have all the presets which Trey Smith promised us?
    Is it our fault again that many presets seem to have gotten scrapped?

    Presets are not done, we are still working on additional ones. This release was focused on eliminating crashes and data loss issues. If you have a game breaking issue (or any issue at all really) please email support@buildbox.com, in most cases it should be fairly easy to resolve. This is the quickest way to get any issues resolved.

    Has anyone else noticed when changing values that they don't stick and reset back to default?

    When I drag a navigation button into the scene and name it, the name doesn't save and it defaults back to Untitled and the values for gravity and game speed etc all do this too.

    I get the same on El Capitan. Some save some don't, if you type the full number like 20.00 it generally sticks..
