Are you using the trial or a bought license? What version of Windows are you using? What have you exactly done when it crashes and can you reproduce it? If anyone is able to help we/he/she would need much more information than the screenshot above. As a first step, I suggest you re-install Buildbox and see if the problem persists.
bought license, win 7 64bit , i just opened BB created new project , previewing it for couple seconds and it crashed
i found out that you cant anymore do animations with still images example ,default animation + jump animation it has to be an actual animation ( since bb 2.2.5 ) its definitely a BUG
